• Additional persons per room per night: adult 38 euros, child (until 12 y.o.) 19 euros. Including breakfast.
• Free for children under 2 years. If you inform us in advance, we can provide a cot, high chair and a bath for babies.
• Arrivals between 5 pm and 10 pm. In order to accommodate you outside of these hours, thank you to specify when booking,
• Thank you to leave the rooms before 11 am.

 You ‘ll get best prices if you book directly by mail or online (instead of booking.com …)

Local tax € 1.15  (year 2024) per adult and night, not included

Terms of cancelation :

In case of no show or cancellation :
• Until 1 month before arrival : refund of the deposit or modification of the date of the stay
• Less than 1 month before arrival : The total amount is due, it will be a refund if we can rebook the rental.

To maintain perfect hygiene in the rooms, pets are not allowed in guest rooms.

The entire house is also a no-smoking area. People can smoke only outside.
