Massages are offered by OLIVIER – Masseur – Physiotherapist.

Olivier has experience in massage in France and abroad. He learned massage techniques where they were born: in Hawaii, India and Japan. He also officiates in several establishments on the Riviera renowned for the excellence of their SPA. Olivier speaks English. Neighbor of the Vallon des Oliviers, he is at your disposal by appointment only, during the week and the weekend.


When booking or during your stay, please let us know your interest in this service so that we can respond to your request. Olivier practices several techniques: each one will bring you a real benefit and will make an even more relaxing stay in Vallon des Oliviers. The price is 60 € for one hour massage for one person. Discount for 2 or more people. This service is performed between Olivier and you (We do not take a sales commission) but we can assure you of the quality of the service after having tested it.

KOREAN RELAXATION MASSAGE

For one unforgettable and deep relaxation …, lying on the ground, on a tatami :

The Korean relaxation is practiced dressed, on a futon on the floor, lying on the back. Also called “yoga-massage”, it is a very rich and complete relaxation from the feet to the head and scalp.

It consists of a combination of vibrations, waves, rocking, stretching, and pressures along the body. The Korean Relaxation Gives a deep relaxation both physically and mentally.

SHIATSU MASSAGE

For a global relaxation on the ground, on a tatami :

“Shiatsu” in Japanese means “finger pressure”; it is a type of alternative medicine consisting of finger and palm pressure, stretches, and other massage techniques on the entire body.

Olivier practices the “Tokujiro Namikoshi » technic. 

THAI MASSAGE 

To release your stress and your tensions, lying on the ground, on a tatami … :

 A full Thai massage session typically lasts two hours or more, and includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body.

The massage recipient changes into loose, comfortable clothes and lies on a mat on the floor. The receiver may be positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage.

The massage practitioner leans on the recipient’s body to apply firm rythmic pressure.

Olivier practices the Chiang Mai school’s technic.

LOMI LOMI MASSAGE 

For a deep « Hawaiian » tonification …:

 “Lomilomi” or Hawaiian massage is a deep, tonic massage with oil. In the Hawaiian language, the word used traditionally, called Lomi, means “to rub, knead, press, squeeze, massage; to work in and out, as the claws of a contented cat.”

“Lomilomi” practitioners use the palms, forearms, fingers, knuckles, elbows, knees, feet, even sticks and stones.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Before or after sport’s session … :

Swedish massage is the manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, using various techniques, to enhance function, aid in the healing process, decrease muscle reflex activity, inhibit motor-neuron excitability, promote relaxation and well-being.

Massage will be applied with the hands, fingers, elbows, forearm.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MANUEL VODDER

To cleanse the body and prepare to relax

 The manual lymphatic drainage is a technique of very soft massage which stimulates the circulation of the lymph and strengthens the immune system. It is made by very soft pressures of fingers and palms of hands on the whole body. It respects the sense of the lymphatic circulation and varies the pressure.
